Unforeseen circumstances can occur, and this can impact on longer term plans to keep your investment plots. You have day-to-day control and can sell your investment plots yourself, or via any third party, for any reason, provided a suitable buyer can be found at the price you require.

We currently offer a international property and Land “Resale Service” where, for a fee, you can chose to instruct us to market your land on your behalf; while you retain control at all times of the sale of your investment plot.
